Q on behalf of friend about Spouse 2 year temp visa
Hello
An Australian friend of mine at work will be moving to Oz later this year with her husband, who has a 2 year Temporary Spouse Visa.
Can he enter Australia before her on this visa, or do they have to enter together?

Hi Bissy ,Ive just got my 2 year temp defacto spouse visa, it allows me to enter/exit australia without my partner , as many times as I require, until either A) my temp visa is made permanent within the 2 years or B) my permanent visa is not granted and then its a one way ticket out of OZ!!
