Hi Flocks,
I am got positive assessment in Computer network and system engineer from ACS. I have recently explored the new provisional visa 491 and I see that all states are asking for job offer to get provisional visa 491.
My question is provisional visa 491 is for only job offer people?

If this true so getting job offer is not easy and need time to get visa....so how employer will wait for long time for respective employee to get 491 visa....sounds quiet confusing

I think your occupation enables you to opt for PR visas as well as the provisional 491 - but you will need to have a high points total to receive an invite.

As for job offers, I agree with you that most employers will not wait.

Thanks for your reply. Yes currently PR points are high at my occupation. Last round have invitation at 80 points. I got 70 points right now.
Visa 491 I guess is only for those people are have job offer. This visa is not for other offshore people without job offer.
Based on these circumstances, what are other options for apply any other type visa?
