proof of defacto for 457 visa - is 6 months proof ok or will we need 12 months?
Can anyone tell me whether we will have to provide proof of having a
defacto relationship for at least 12 months when applying for
sponsorship through a 457 visa, or will 6 to 7 months proof e.g. joint
account statements, car etc be ok?
I know if I was applying for PR, defacto proof is at least 12 months,
but I have read different things about proof of defacto in regards to
putting a partner on as a dependent on an application for a
sponsorship 457 visa.
Any help or previous experiences would be great!
Thanks!
