Default Processing Time for Victoria State Nomination For 190

Hi,

Although it is clearly stated on the live in Victoria web site that processing time for state nomination under 190 is appox 12 weeks, but i heard from someone that it now they inform you about the result in 4 weeks. Is it really true?

Another things that I need advice about Victoria state nomination. Do they have very strict criteria and refused most of the applications?

I hope that if any of you have any experience in this regard might share it and give me some advice.

Thanks in advance.

Regards
