Hi guys,

Anyone with the neccessary steps for overseas trained Dentist to migrate to Australia...

Why don't you google for it ? I thought your are of expertise was Telecoms ?

Unless the individual has a degree from a recognised Dental School in the UK or Ireland, they will need to sit the ADC exam to prove their competency to practice and gain registration - not an easy one to pass I would suspect.

Far easier than they used to be. The ADEC exams used to be extremely tough indeed, at least by overseas standards, but judging by the numbers getting through now either the calibre of candidates these days is much higher or else standards have been lowered. From the work I have seen of some of those who have passed the exams I am inclined towards the latter judgement.

I must admit on the times I've been to various dentists here I'm trying to see their credentials [and where they got them] on the wall before they start work !
