My dear's "BE" friends , I'm happy to let you know I have received my Pre-Grant letter , My CO asked for the 2nd VAC for (my wife) .
from this point as I used to say don't give up . I wish you all the best & I hope I will receive my visa grant v.soon , Warm Regards

BTW, approx. how many days normally IOM takes to give appointment, a week i guess.

Also, my permanent address is burewala and temporary address is lahore on my NIC. i am living in lahore for last 12 years but my nic mentions burewala as my permanent city. Is any chance that i can get PCC from lahore...

What does pre-grant mean? Is there anything else you need to provide before visa is stamped? Or your visa is conditional to 2nd VAC??

That's right I need to give them the 2nd visa payment (as my wife did not sat for ielts test ) than they will issue the Grant . I think you don't need it in your case , your's can go direct to Grant ..
