Pre-grant to Grant....how long?

Pre-grant to Grant....how long?
My wife and I were pre-granted 3 weeks ago and sent the Health Undertaking back pronto by DHL so we know that it was received. Has anybody got any idea how long it usually takes for the full grant to be issued as we may need to travel downunder before the end of Oct.
