Other than skilled migration what other options are there for an employer to sponsor an employee to gain PR?

Distinguished Talent sometimes picks up a few cases, Business skill migration another few, but ENS should normally be the first option.
There are also the points tested visas. Some states will give a "job matched" state nomination.
