IT PR application - how long await???

Hi there,
I have lodged my PR application here in Malaysia in June 2001. Its 6 months now and i
haven't back at all. I thought there was a fast track for IT skilled people.
Has the ruling changed?
Does any know whether the fast track is still there for IT skilled people or not?
