Hi all... Can you apply for PR when on a holiday visa in Au ???? If so how ..

You don't apply for "PR", you can only apply for specific visas.

You can apply for many visas onshore, if you qualify for it and don't have the no further stay condition on the tourist visa.

Wouldn't you still have to submit an EoI onshore and hope to be selected to apply though? Might run out of time to do that on a tourist stay, particularly if haven't had skills assessment or IELTS if needed

Well yes, I am just answering the question is it possible. Tourist visas are sometimes 12 months long.
