police checks
Just downloaded police check forms,i think?
Are they entitled 'data protection act 1998' (subject access) 4 forms in all, that is west midlands police.In the right hand corner it says :WA 162

sounds like you have the right forms, 2 great minds think a like, i did ours today, asked the same question on the august tread though.
requested mine from hampshire con, but does have data protection 1998 and 4 forms £10 and valid one yr,
