Police Checks
Hi All
Just a quick question. I am currently in australia on a 457 visa. Just about to apply for PR. What is the quickest and easiest way to get police checks from the UK as I have no way of getting anyone to pick them up. Can the police email them or mail them to me in Australia? Has anyone done this and if so how long does it take?
Thanks in Advance
Tex

Re: Police Checks
As Pollyanna says, they will post them overseas. It doesn't cost any more.
The only trouble I've found with applying from overseas is that the fee has to be sent in sterling. I've had to transfer the fee to someone in the UK via paypal and send them the forms. They'll write a sterling cheque and post them on for me. It's a pain, but there was no other way around it.
