I sent skill independent visa application and police check to Adelaid office in May 2002 but I am informed application will be assessed with 50 week. I have being been in Asutralia for study since applicatin was posted. So, do I need to submit police check at my home country again by the time my application is assessed (it will be more than 1 year from the police certificate's date) ; if I go back my home country during new year holiday? (I stay in my home country just 1-2 months only for holiday).
