Points of Spouse Skills
Hi folks,
My wife holds a bachelor and I'd like to use her skills to improve our score. But I am not sure that whether we have got to provide any assessment for her.
Form 1119 states two almost different things ; Basic requirements and Assessment.
So what do you think? do we have to ask our society for assessment to her case? In this case we are gonna to submit 2 assessments mine and her!

You can claim 5 points for spouse skills as long as your spouse meets all the basic requirements i.e. has a positive skills assessment, has worked in a skilled occupation for the last 18 months/3 years (depending on skills assessment points), is under 45 and meets the english requirement.

The main problem is ACS and assessment because of its time consuming process and other related issues.
Tq for comment.

If you do need the spouse points to reach the pass mark, then the only option is a formal skill assessment for migration purposes by the relevant Australian authority for the classification concerned.
