Points for specific work experience
HI FOLKS!
I was assessed by ACS of such result:
quote:
"For the purpose of your aplication you have as of May 2003 satisfied
the requirements of the ACS PIM 2, Group A
Your work experiance has been calculated as follows:
05/99 - 07/03 Application and Analist Programmer at ....."
I have been working since 07/03 at the same company.
Am I eligible to claim the points for "Points for specific work
experience" ?
It is Skilled Independent (Subclass 136).
Could you answer my question please ?

Hi Rafal,
There's no deeming date for ACS assessments so you shouldn't have any
problem :-)

There's no deeming date for ACS assessments so you shouldn't have any
problem :-)

Yup, There is no deeming date issue anymore so you should be ok to claim the points if you have working with same company or continously employed on the same profession.
