1. One has to submit the immigration case direct to the Anustralian
immigration affairs, Australia. Now, does it still matter that where
you are applying from? for example if I apply from India or Pakistan
it will take more time than if I apply from Sweden. Am I right?

2. Approx/Average process time from Sweden & Pakistan?

3. I have not taken the IELTS test yet, I studied at british council
and can attach the certificate for now, or can I still submit my
application and later send the IELTS result as addition to my
immigration case?
