Default phoning adelaide?

We got our requests for medicals and police checks recently which we duly sent back. Is it worth phoning our case officer or someone at DIMIA to check they arrived safe and sound. I have read a few posts about it and am feeling a little twitchy!

I am also having your kind of situation. Please someone suggest what to do. Also let me know what action you are taking.

I am thinking to drop an email to case officer sometime today or in few days.

Thanks,

Hi I rang Adelaide 2 weeks after we had posted back our meds/police checks. We front loaded too. We eventually got through at 2.00am and got a very nice lady who told us our pre-grant was in the post! Sometimes they tell you sometimes they don't - just be very nice to them when you do ring! All the best....
