On the DIBP website sated that you cannot contact until 3 moths is over. It is already over that was the reason we tried to contact. This seems just like we've been ignored by our CO and we do not like it.
Processing guidelines are an estimate, they can and do take longer.

Your CO is no doubt too busy processing applications to respond to emails that are just asking 'how long'?, - and stopping to deal with emails stops them working on applications.

You don't have to like it, but you have to put up with it like everybody else does.

Hate to tell you but australia just went through a messy election as we finally have a government for the country, making new laws, including immigrtion laws,that always tends to slow things down as the government updates their systems etc.
