Percentage pass rate IELTS
Collectively can we start a thread to find out a percentage pass rate of people's success against failure in this general test???
Any ideas??

I passed 1st time in november (8.5,8.5,8.5,9.0 score )

I passed first time in September and my OH passed first time in October. 
(Couldn't decide who the main applicant would be, so we both went for it)

I passed 1st time and i'm as thick as pig poo ! But study for it ! If you haven't done English for a bit for a few years you'll find it hard !

Its basically about familiarising yourself with the technique (IMO) but its easy enough to make mistakes which is probably where people have problems with it sometimes.

Passed first time 8.5, 9.0, 9.0, 9.0 - but I took the academic test as I have been in higher ed for a few years and the techniques were something I was sort-of used to!

My wife got straight 7's Jan 2007 on her first try, she had to take the test then as she is not a native speaker.
