Exclamation PCC Query

Hi,

I have moved around to resedential addresses R1 (4 year) , R2 (1 year) and R3 (1 year) in city1 and then moved to R4 in city2 (where I am now for last 21 months). All these are in one country (HR). For which addresses would I be asked by DIAC to produce the PCC?

Thanks

DIAC will require a PCC for the COUNTRY in which you have been living. You do ot need a separate police check for each address.

Hi Pollyana,

Thank you for your response. Here in my country a police station is responsibile of a particular area. So for R1 there would be different police station that would give me a PCC and for R2 a different one. Unfortunately there is no central record at country level.

So if I request the police station of my current address for a PCC they will mention that this PCC covers 21 months @ R4. Would that be OK with DIAC?

Regards,

DIAC mentioned clearly what is the procedure to followed to get a PCC from a particular country

Check this link
http://www.immi.gov.au/allforms/character-requirements/
( Form 47 P)

If your country not listed on this list then contact DIAC

BTW Somalia/ DR Congo not listed there unless you mention the country you will not get specific info from BE members some one might encounter same problem

I think you can apply for PCC with your current address. Normally PCC can be obtained with the current address.

All you had to do was click on the link Helloshivahere provided. It's clearly spelled out here http://www.immi.gov.au/allforms/char...cter-penal.pdf how to get a police clearance from Pakistan.
