Passport Number change - Form required

Passport Number change - Form required
Hey You'all
Just wondering, hubby got a new passport with new passport number since we applied to DIMIA. We received request for Meds & PCC. Meds were sent off by Doc last month already and we have just received the last of our PCCs.
We are about to send the Police Clearnaces off. With the letter from DIMIA they request copy of biodata part of the passports. Since His passport number is new due to new passport, how do we tell them? Which form do we use?

Thank you for the assistance.
While I am at it a thank-you in general for all you Migration Experts who help out on this forum. It certainly does assist so many people and bring peace of mind when we are unsure of things - cuts out a lot of panic.
