Hi Guys,

Got a couple questions, first i joined Skill Select and not sure if i can claim 5 POINTS for my partner , he got accounting degree, skill assesment, 6 band each EISLT, all stated on Skill select,,,,but never worked in accounting....but skill Select not asked for any experiencies in accounting field.....

** in case i ticked to claim this 5 points, will this be the only prove or DIAC will req. t see some work experiencies in acc. field from him to able claim this 5 points?
Work exp. has been req. before but not sure if that is working even now .



My second question is if employer will choose me to get me 457 visa ( employer in non regional area),, how much is min. amount of years i need to work for him? Can i than change this visa to 186 in case i gain more points by time? Is that possible even during period of working for this employer?

And after gainning PR can i leave this employer? even stil in period stated in previous 457 visa.?

I also need to clarify something.
My partner is a lawyer, can a lawyer be assessed (we are in the same SOL), even if the the law system changes from country to country?
