Parents 3 years visit visa
Hi
Someone told me that parents can visit Australia and get 3 years multiple entry visa.
when i googled it i found that its 3 months, 6 months or 12 months max

is there any other visa for parents that grant them 3 years visa?

The stay period can up to 3, 6 or 12 months for a subclass 600 visa. What passport(s) do the parents in question hold?

She has Jordanian Passport
When we applied for a visa last year the Australian Embassy sent us this email.

Dear Mr ******,
In reference to the visitor visa application lodged at our post for applicant ****** ******, under file number ******/******, if the applicant provides us with an international travel insurance from any insurance company, valid for 1 year i.e 05042017 to 05042018, we will be able to grant her the long stay parent visit visa valid for 3 years, multiple entry, up to 12 months stay.
Please also note that the applicant should complete her Biometrics at our visa service center to be able to grant the visa.

Apply for a subclass 600 visa for 12 months and request a 3 year validity period on the application form. The case officer will then assess if they meet the criteria. The Australian Embassy in Amman has already confirmed that they do so it should be a fairly simple process.
