Parent Visa
Can anybody help me out. I'm due to emigrate to Oz. My parents are also thinking about coming out to live there. I have one remaining brother in the UK. My parents are in their early 60's, on a modest pension. What would be the routes into Oz for them and also the costs involved?

I have been looking for my mother recently and there are two visas - contributory parent visa and parent visa - the parent visa has a massive wait i think so the contributory is the one most seem to go with. You have to satisfy a balance of family test (i think this means at least half of your children living permanently in OZ) - but all the info is there on the DIMA website anyway.
