Thankyou
I have just printed the form off and will get them completed and sent off. Re the proof of identity - i.e. passport description page, does this have to be true copy of original from the solicitor? Thanks Tracey |

Re: paperbased applications thread
I applied for a paper based 175 MODL application in June 2008; I need to send my wife's IELTS result along with the PCC's and medicals in the next couple of months. Can I do that by E-mail or I will have to send them through POST?
