People who applied in early 2009 are still waiting. What could be the reason of this long delay?? I am also from Pakistan and I am sure this is our Pakistani government taking too much time for internal/external checks.
Any other idea???

when do the internal/ external check start? is it after submission of pcc or before that.

As I heard from other forums, http://www.asio.gov.au performs internal/external checks. I have also heard that they do verify from your own country.
@Imran, looks like we will have to bear the load shedding for a Loooong time

True, We had long laod shedding at home and as well at "eVisa" ..

Yes guys you are right. Just be patient and enjoy this summer mosquitoes for the last time. Hopefully all of us will get the visa before next summer.

I applied in Jan 2010 and I got meds requested by COO on 19th March. I did my medicals and PCC(also requested) in time. My app turned ABPF on 18/03 and all docs except Passport, Experience and Spec experience turned met. And on 19/03 I get meds, PCC, form80 and renewed passport requested by CO.
PCC status is met now. Form80 is received.
For medicals health requirements as finalised and other as referred.
