Hello I have some questions about the STNI scheme, because one of my friend has an
STNI offer by the South Australian Government.
* Will he be able to work in another territory after a few years ?
* Is there a minimum duration in the law to make is visa valid for all territories ?
* Does it break the standard Independant Skilled Migration process ?
* What does it mean regarding the point test (failed/successful) ?
* Can anybody share his experience in South Australia (STNI or not) ?
