howmany points can we claim for overseas degree? 15 points or 10 points.. please advise....

No difference in points between masters and bachelors, moot point.

OP: go to immi.gov.au and find the points test, it has all the information you need.

For apprenticeship (trade person) -> 10 Points
For Bachelor Degree (Honors) or Masters i.e. 16 years education -> 15 Points
For PhD -> 20 Points
