over 55 stay
anyone know anything about this ? i understand that anyone 55 or over can stay in oz for 4 years then apply for another 4 years after that and so on but can anyone tell me about the process medicals police checks ect are they still required and doz the visa application take long any help and iinfo would be good

This requires a bond of $750000 and an annual income of over $65000 (figures are less for regional areas but a bond of $500000 still needed).
Also private medical insurance is needed....it is not a cheap visa.
