Other London to Adelaide Apps - status?

Other London to Adelaide Apps - status?
As some will know I have a sheet of applications (from people on this forum) that were originally sent to London between June 2001 and October 2001. These were transferred to Adelaide in October to be completed.
I am watching events to see what is happening and to guage what progress is being made.
There have been quite a few updates recently as people have received letters and even one visa has been granted !!
There are a few people not posted recently, I would like to hear from:

pott
Pateln
Waze
Welshgirl
WARDY
Danny_08_76
Please let us know if you have heard anything!
And anyone else we haven't heard from aswell.

We have received letters from Adelaide for 3 applications lodged in September 2001 in London, transferred and are now in final stages of processing in Adelaide.

Hi Mash,
Sorry I haven't been in touch, I just read now, no postings.
As you know we applied 07/09/01 to London. We got a letter on 28/12/02 from Adelaide which requested that we send police checks from Scotland, we had sent UK police checks thinking this would suffice, however this was not the case.
It also included the green 'change of circumstances' form which I always thought they sent prior to the pre-grant letter (?). However, they have not requested we fill in any other forms (form 80) and I don't know if they will. Still it was nice to hear from them and our guy is called Jonathon Trainer (we like him).
Our only change of circumstances is that we have moved house and my husband is working for a new company. So we're applying to Strathclyde police for DP access this week, and getting new references for my husband and hope to send the additionaly information to them in 2 - 3 weeks. I will try and keep you posted.

Nothing to report at the moment, although you've got our destination as Sydney, but we are heading to the Gold Coast (Qld), can you change it? Thanks.
We were away over Christmas, it was great to get back and see so much positive news and things moving at last!

Why send new references? I thought they weren't interested in what you had been doing since the application date?

Hi Mash, we applied to London beginning of October 2001 and were transferred to Adelaide. Have been reading with excitement the number of people finally being contacted, although I know it's early days for us. We didn't front load our application so will be waiting to be sent to do medicals. Our agent is pretty hopeless at contacting us and we have to do all the ringing, so no news to speak of as yet. But it's great that things finally seem to be moving fo some people. Let's hope it stays that way and the rest of us hear soon.

Cannot do any harm to send it in. Worse case is they just ask for another one if that is deemed to be to old.

This is my first time writing on this forum, but I have been visiting
it regularly for months and thought I'd let you know my details so
that Mash can add me to her list.
My fella and I applied 8 October 2001. Like Mash, we front loaded with
our medicals and police checks. We sent new police checks in September
last year, but are hoping Adelaide will honour the 2 year agreement on
the medicals. Our postman doesn't turn up until the afternoon usually
and this makes the waiting even harder!
We'll be off to Sydney when the visas are granted. We flew back from
there only a few days ago. We drove around the suburbs and decided
where we would like (and could afford) to live. We really didn't want
to come back. It's so cold here!
Our details are on Austimeline under Oliver.
