Default Onshore Visas

What happens if an onshore application for subclass 880 is deemed as invalid. Does the Bridging Visa granted expire in 28 days after the application is deemed as invalid.

And can one apply from offshore, if once the onshore application is considered to be invalid.

Get some professional advice immediately. You have not got any time to waste, and online forums are not the place to try to work out options in your situation. Rules for onshore students looking to get PR are extremely complicated.

If in Sydney call IARC and ask for referral to a competent agent - http://www.iarc.asn.au
