Re: Online form for 309/100 Defacto Visa
That would be a very bad idea. You should write in prose and explain how you meet each requirement. The documents you upload should support the claims you make on the form. For instance for the financial requirements you could write something like:
"We decided to move into a flat of our own in September 2013 and opened a joint bank account in October 2013 into which we both make monthly contributions to cover joint expenses such as rent and utilities."
Your case officer would then expect to see joint bank statements starting from October 2013 and a joint tenancy agreement dated September 2013 and a selection of utility bills at that address in one or both of your names over the last four years.

OK thanks! Had struggled to keep those answers under 2000 characters hence writing them as fuller statements which I was going to attach - but could always just try and write summarised answers for each of those questions.

You can always put 'See relationship statement' for each one and write a longer combined document each in Word and upload as a PDF. That being said it the 2000 character limit is deliberate. You should try and keep it short and sweet if you can. It's the evidence that you upload that will really count.
