Hi,

I am filling form just an hour ago for 190. After completing all the information and printing the cover letter and submitting the form I found that some vital information like name, country, email, phone did not got saved. In addition from another browser I tried to login to system to track my application with ref no and last name it shows error.

What can I do now? I have mailed to [email protected] describing my problems. Should I post all the documents with cover letter or wait for their response.

If possible call them by quoting your reference number.

same here i tried more than 4 times with four different application same issue using different web browsers

I thought that my browser settings were wrong therefore I have lodge two or more applications. I only remember two application reference numbers. I think my first application number will be valid.

Hi,
I am also having problem submitting my state sponsorship application. I have already lodged my 175 visa with DIAC in 2009 and want to convert my 175 visa to 176. South Australia online application form is not allowing me to proceed without EOI number which is not applicable in my case. How can i submit my application? Do i need to submit paper application?
