Hi,

I'm almost ready to submit my 175 application but just need to confirm one thing - As the main applicant do I only add my family members and not my partners?
It states 'add ALL family members' but the drop down box doesn't contain mother in law, sister in law, etc (de facto in this case). Just want to be sure as the paper based app seems to mention other family members.

When i filled it in i put everyone, but having read similar threads on here, i don't think you need to. Saying that, i still got my visa without any problems or further requests

WE got our 175 visa in July. OH was the main applicant and listed his parents etc but I also had to list parents & family on my part of the application form.

Hi thank you for the replies, As you both successfully completed the application I think I will just submit with my family listed and await any further instructs from the CO. Any further info will be gladly received in the meantime

I was about to ask the same question as I am just filling out my online application. My brother in law has a criminal record, hope that doesn't go against us

I can't imagine it would - it's your application not your brother in law's.

Just gonna sort out the uploading bit before I pay and submit

tezuelle, I hope not as well - my brothers previous convictions would certainly cause a computer meltdown

We applied online and because our application was really straight-forward, we didn't use an agent.

Well guyz there is way to correct any mistake done on online visa application? the mistake on family members section?? how to correct the errors?
