Although I am not particularly interested in ACT SS, was just going through their guidlines for my curiosity. Saw a clause there " if you are already resident of Aus (visitor, temporary resident etc) and residing in a state other than ACT, then you are not eligible".

This gives me a hint why my application for VIC SS was rejected at a turbo speed (2days after application). Ya I know states have different rules and all, but this one particularly seems to be relevant...who knows
