Quite important changes Winnie. The old rules still apply for another week, so if you're nearly ready, maybe rush in the application!
Main change seems to be you only get the full 5 points for job offer if it's relevant to previous work experience/ qualifications. Otherwise you get just 2 points, eg if you're a teacher getting a job offer in a restaurant.
Applications made prior to the change will be assessed under the old rules.
Interestingly, the NZIS states that currently there are high numbers applying for NZ residence.

National Insurance Contributions Office Data Protection Unit Room BP4102 Benton Park
Road Long Benton Newcastle Upon Tyne NE99 1ZZ
and request:
a Data Protection Printout, ie a copy of all information held about me by you
(section 7(1) of the Data Protection Act)
