NVQ assessors and IQA in Australia or NZ

NVQ assessors and IQA in Australia or NZ
Hi, I was just wondering how the NVQ's/ qcf's work over there? Is it a similar process as in UK? Are there companies offering online study like we do in UK?
We are considering going to Australia and looking in to my options as I have nursing qualifications but have did not practice nursing in years due to other roles such as residential care home manager (8 years) and NVQ assessor/IQA (5years-current)
On the skilled list I can see vocational teacher trade and non-trade which confuses me. Which one would I be delivering and assess health and social care qualifications level 2,3,4,5?
And lastly are there jobs available for assesors?
