Not sure what visa to go for....please help
Ok, here goes.....hope I don't confuse anyone 
My OH's Step Dad is 65 this year, retired with decent pension, reasonable funds and is interested in emigrating to Oz. Not sure what visa he would go on?
My OH's mum and step dad are not together any more, but everyone still gets on ok. His mum is likely to follow us to Oz with new partner and my OH's younger brother.
Was wondering what visa would step dad go out on?
