North West/West of Melbourne
Hi,
What is your opinion of this area?
Housing Price? Is it good neighborhood? Good school around? Nearby amenities?
Do you have recommendation on this North West/West of Melbourne?
Thanks
Rgrds,
Wil

In North West Essendon is quite a nice area although it does have a bit of a rough element.

Re: North West/West of Melbourne
Hi,
You can try
http://www.realestate.com.au
But besides the photos, prices, locations, nothing else you can find (such as good neigborhood, schools, etc.)
And if you want to have online map, try
http://www.street-directory.com.au/
This is very good online map.
Even with this information, I guess, you still need to know:
1. Neighborhood (good or bad)
2. Schools, Shopping Center, Train/Tram, Amenities, etc.
3. Housing Price trend (going up/down)
4. Crime rate relatively to other areas in Melbourne.
5. etc.
Anyone living in Melbourne care to tell us?
Regards,
Wil
