Not going to mention any names obviously but Im very unhappy with my Lawyer. They keep keep telling me the Visa is about to be approved etc but nothing happens. We are talking 8 months now....

Is it just me or is there something not right here ?

do you mean your agent? from what I've heard on thsi board it is disturbingly common- but we did ours ourselves so can't really comment.

Unfortnuatley 8 months is not uncommon when waiting for a visa- what type is it? do you have a CO?

nope.....as I said apparently "The visa approval isnt far off, probably tomorrow" - that was 10 days ago.

very annoying i have to agree with you when you have paid that much money it would be nice to know every thing has been met you have a co and i know they wont know how long exactly but when all that is done it isn't that long after for visa

I hope your not waiting to much longer for your visa any one any ideas how to get a little more information out of your agent we didn't use one our selfs
