is this normal
We got a CO 18th dec with request for meds and pccs wich we got organised and sent off before 1st Jan, we recieved an email saying they had recieved our email containing pccs on 3rd jan, plus meds were delivered on 2nd jan to the sydney office by courier, since then nothing, it seems most people hear after 3 or 4 weeks, would just like to know if this is normal as we are close to 2 months without hearing anything.

i think it can take up to 12 weeks or even longer. Have a look at Bexie's or sarah-jayne's posts. So nothing to worry about.
