Default No skills assessment required if you have been working on a TR for the same employer

Is it true that if I was working for my employer on a temporary visa before, I dont need to do the skills assessment in order to get PR while on a 457?

If you have read booklet 5 and are still confused then you need professional assistance. Try George Lombard or Alan Collett.

I already have spent thousands on professional assistance, its all good, got my 457 so Im quite happy but obviously I want to go PR asap - if possible anyway...
