Default NEWS :Delay in Processing ASPC

Dear fellows,
I sent 136 MODL application to ASPC in DEC. 2006 ACknowledgement 29 JAN 2007. Still No News. Is there any delay for Citizen of Pakistan. I saw current processing time from ASPC they are processing 2 days applications in a month. Is it delay processing there??? ?Because Earlier It was too fast.. Why they are slow these days? Will they waiting for 1st September when changes will take effect... May be..
Comments will be highly appreciated..

Pakistan is classed as a 'high risk' country. Its not unusual to wait for over a year to get your visa.

No, no one can tell you when you will get a CO. Unfortunately you'll just have to wait
