need really big help!!!!
Hi to all
Ive been thinking to visit my partner in Melbourne for about 3 months stay with my daughter who is australian citizen -as tourist but i was thinking can be more easy if i want to stay there for good i to apply direct there in Immg.sector- before visa is off
is there a chance ?

If you want to stay in Australia for good it isn't "more easy" to apply to DIAC it is essential.
