Need Help : Filling Form 26 for medicals
Hi All,
When i was filling form 26, i came across this please let me know how do i go further.
Form 26 says - applicant details, applicant signature and also the visa subclass the applicant has lodged under: - in these fields what should the dependents fill?? Do i have to fill separate applications for both the dependants or how is it?? Please advise.

Okay Thanks. But do the dependent also has to fill the visa subclass and other details where applicant is mentioned? So there wont be any reference for main applicant and dependent applicant? Advise pls....
