Hi Kiran,

I emailed NAATI twice about a week ago and they haven't answered yet.
I sent the mail to [email protected]. What email address did you use?

Thanks,
Zilt

HI Zilt:
A better idea will be to call NAATI hotline if you are in OZ or the Canberra office if outside. One of the persons attending the phone would give his/her personal work e-mail id instead of the general [email protected] id. That will be prompt and effective...
