Default NAATI/IELTS/subclass 175 application

Hi,
if one has been assessed as a translator by NAATI
does one need to show IELTS test results for lodging a 175 his/her application, since NAATI does not require IELTS to positively assess translators?

if not, how can one claim 15 or 25 points for English language compentecy?

any help appreciated.

The only 2 test that are recognised for Competant English are the IELTS and the OET.

If you dont have a complying passport (UK, Ireland, USA, NZ Canada), you need to do IELTS.

Many other assessing authorities do not require proof of English ability, but DIAC has different set rules and you have to comply with both, DIAC's and NAATI's to be successful.
