Hi guys, just wondering if you could help me to understand that:
I applied for 134 skilled (and I got state nomination). Because I got nomination I thought I could include de payment. But on the email I got from my CO she says "the money will be refund on due course". What does it mean?
I already got request for pcc + medical etc and I am just wondering why they would refund my money???

It sounds unusual. Payment is needed before the 134 visa can be issued so if you've already made payment it's unclear why they would want to refund it if you have included a state nomination.
