Money order--what is it??
Hi All,
We are just about to send off the application to the Nursing Board, it costs $75, we would like to pay by Money Order, but are unsure as to what it is, do we get it from the bank? or post office? is it like a postal order/bankers draft?
Need to get it tomorrow, so any advice asap, will be appreciated,
cheers

Re: Money order--what is it??
Nigel and Sarah,
I asked at the post office and they said they did not do them. The first one we got I went to my bank (RBS) and they would only post it to my home address (took 5 days) and the second draft I got from my mums bank (Barclays) and they had it ready the next day for collection.
This was my experience anyway, I'm sure someone will let you know if they had a different experience.
