Hi Sun

1st Cousins can sponsor if they have been living in a regional area for at least 12 months.

MARA are the regulators for Australian Migration agents and it is always recommended you only sign up with a MARA registered agent. Check out www.themara.com.au for more information and to check whether an agent is registered.

Since Now I'm potential applicant to apply skilled migration, MY first cousin willing to sponsor me and she is staying in Melbourne for many years. Under which Visa category I should apply for migration…Please do advice me on this.
